Pushing a baby or a child in a buggy is always easier than carrying him or her or the child walking, so airports allow buggies within the boarding areas.
When you get to the door of the plane, our staff will label the buggy with your details and put it in the hold at no additional cost to you. From that moment on, the buggy will be categorised as “special luggage”. Most airports have an area for collecting this luggage, normally next to the luggage belts. In other cases, the buggy will come out on the luggage belt along with the rest of the luggage. The best thing to do is to ask the ground staff where to collect it when you land.
